1. Speed [High Speed of Folding and Stacking]
Thanks to advanced engineering and the use of intelligent technology, the feeder is a top performing machine, tuned for high production laundries.
• 3 or 4 feeding stations for ensuring the highest possible feeding speed
• Each feeding station has a rotation system with 2 sets of feeding clamps
• As soon as one item has been fed into the first set of clamps, this set will move up and the second set of clamps comes down and is ready for the next item to be inserted. This leads to a buffer of 3 or 4 sheets ready to be processed
• There are 3 or 4 main feeding clamps controlled by a high precision and high-speed servo motor
• Both high and low speed spreading

• The spreading clamps will feed the item onto the transfer bar, where the item is mechanically fixed, before moving forwards and feeding it onto the feeding belts, assuring a high-quality input
• The fixing bar also prevents very heavy linen of falling down
• A deep suction box allows sheets up to 3.700 mm to be perfectly stretched
• The double spreading belts will ensure perfect side edge treatment, both on 1 and/or 2 lanes
• As an extra quality check, air blasts ensure corners are opened after feeding
• Each motor is controlled via individual frequency inverter or servo controller

7. Flex [The Art of Flexibility]
Continuously listening and learning from our customers made the feed highly flexible, adaptable to specific needs and easy to customize and integrate into existing installations.
• Feeding can be both automatic (feeding clamps) or manual, directly on the feeding table
• For manual feeding, the feeding station section will turn upwards and the vacuum box will move forward, so the operator can feed directly onto the vacuum table
• A variety of items can be inserted: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, table linen, napkins, towels, fitted sheets etc.
• 2 versions : with 3 or 4 feeding stations
• 1-lane and optional 2-lane feeding
• Working width can be 3.000, 3.300, 3.500 or 4.000 mm
• Multiple feeding programs with flexible spreading, blowing times etc. depending on the type of linen
